CranioSacral Therapy(CST) bodywork helps return a smooth and even flow to the rhythm and pulse of the Cerebral Spinal Fluid.
CST benefits your entire central nervous system, it is effective for headaches/migraines, concussion recovery, sinus issues and so much more. It promotes a very deep state of relaxation and is beneficial to the mind, body and soul.

With Reflexology therapy, patients feel relaxed and renewed after each session. Reflexology truly focuses on your feet. By using pressure on different aspects of the whole foot we can treat the entire body, releasing tension, improving blood flow and relieving stress.


Be Strong & Stretch

I am currently studying to become a nationally certified pilates teacher. I am amazed at the power of Pilates on posture, it both strengthens and lengthens muscles. Shiatsu and Pilates beautifully complement each other, movement and strength make for a happy body!
